Privacy Policy — CricHit

CricHit ("the App") is published by ADSPHIRE MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our"). CricHit delivers live cricket information, news, video shorts, casual games, and personalized notifications.

Information we collect

1. Account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google user ID via Firebase Authentication.
2. Usage data: We record in-app interactions, screens viewed, and feature engagement via Firebase Analytics to improve reliability.
3. Device data: Crashlytics receives crash logs, device model, OS version, and limited diagnostics to fix issues.
4. Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads SDK accesses the Android Advertising ID and basic device signals for ad personalization, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
5. Preferences: We store notification toggles, theme preference, favorite teams, and cached match selections locally on your device using AsyncStorage.

How we use data

• Provide authentication, sync your profile, and keep you signed in.
• Send optional notifications about live matches or app updates.
• Deliver personalized yet limited advertising to fund free access.
• Monitor performance, detect crashes, and protect against fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that enable core functionality: Google/Firebase (auth, analytics, crash reporting, remote config) and Google AdMob (ads). We do not sell personal data.

Data retention & control

• Account data is retained until you request deletion via tech@adsphire.com.
• Usage data is aggregated and retained for up to 24 months.
• Advertising identifiers can be reset from Android settings.
• Cached preferences live locally and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

Security

All network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive tokens are stored securely on our servers; device storage keeps only minimal cached data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw notification consent, or disable personalized ads by contacting tech@adsphire.com. EU/UK users may additionally cite GDPR rights; California users may exercise CCPA rights via the same contact.

Children

CricHit targets users aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
